Sale items included a pair of period cottages in Coven, Wolverhampton; properties in the Meadows area of Nottingham; a former Wellbeing Centre in Sherwood; the Warsop Enterprise Centre and two industrial investment opportunities.
Victor Ktori, head of office at Savills Nottingham, said: “The auction room this month saw significant activity from commercial bidders looking for investment opportunities, with a particular focus on industrial property.
“Offering strong returns in comparison to other sectors, warehouse units with future asset management potential proved extremely popular on the day.”
The two industrial properties on Grove Way in Mansfield Woodhouse, Nottinghamshire, were sold on behalf of Mansfield District Council with guide prices of £150,000 and £175,000.

The two lots generated significant interest from bidders and were eventually sold for £230,000 and £242,500 respectively.
“This auction once again generated considerable enthusiasm from those in attendance, with a number of properties selling for well in excess of the guide price,” said Bob Crocker, head of residential auctions at Savills Nottingham.
Two lots on Wilford Crescent East and Mundella Road sold for £149,000 and £108,000 respectively, well over the guide price of £70,000.
“We are continuing to see people from outside of the local area flock to regional auctions in order to take advantage of the massive reductions on residential property and the potential for strong investment returns on housing outside of the South East,” added Bob.
The next Savills Nottingham auction will take place on 21st September 2017, with the deadline for entries 24th August.
